  • You may return the merchandise unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, for a refund, if:
  1. the merchandise you order is not received in good condition,
  2. is damaged or defective,
  3. is different from what you had ordered,
  • We shall process the refund subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/ refund may not be possible.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition as unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • Please note we shall not entertain any request after 15 days from delivery of the product.
  • Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our all-day helpline at 7506726606  or e-mail us at response@pranda.co.in, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • Altered or customised product cannot be returned.
  • In case of return of product/s the customer shall be liable to return all the product/s which was offered free as an offer on purchase of the original product/s.
  • In the event you return any item which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, there will be no additional shipping charges.
  • After the merchandise is received by us, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of products we shall process a refund within 10 business / working days of receipt of the product/s.
  • Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholder's debit /credit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder's debit / credit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's debit / credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
  • No Return Allowed for goods purchased under promotional scheme.
